This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28622 of 2023 on 01.02.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and on every hearings, until completion of trial.
