This petition has been filed to relax the condition (b) imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 19.12.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.19692 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25247 of 2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on the first working of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
