Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondents herein to make necessary correction in Patta No.1310 by including Survey No.2/2B measuring Hec 0.10.50 (ac 0.26 cents) in Thirumudivakkam Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District based on the representation of the petitioners dated 01.02.2023 by fixing a time limit.

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the fourth respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioners on 01.02.2023 wherein the petitioners are seeking for corrections to be made in Patta No.1310 by including the Survey No.2/2B measuring an extent of 0.26 cents in Thirumudivakkam Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

2. Heard Mr.M.S.Subramanian, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for 2/5

respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court and also considering the report that has already been submitted by the Tahsildar in this regard and considering the grievance expressed by the petitioners, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioners on 01.02.2023 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
