This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to permit the petitioners namely (i) C.Mariyayee (ii) Navaprasanth and (iii) C.Mohan to substitute as Legal heirs in the place of the deceased third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
