This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order of return dated 07.03.2018 made in O.S.Sr.No.5705 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Namakkal and further to direct the Principal District Judge, Namakkal to number the plaint in O.S.S.R.No.5705 of 2017.
2. In view of the endorsements made in the pronote on 01.08.2012 and 25.07.2015, the suit may be within the period of limitation. However, the issue of maintainability of the suit on the ground of limitation is kept open.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to re-present the plaint within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the Registry of the Principal District Court, Namakkal shall number the plaint within a period of one week therefrom, if it is otherwise in order.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
