Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records in relating with the detention order passed by the second respondent herein dated 10.02.2023 bearing B.C.D.F.G.I.S.S.S.V.No.04/2023, T.P.D.A.No.4110 against the petitioner's son named Mr.Venkatesan @ Sonatika S/o.Shanmugam, Mage aged about 25 years detained as Goonda at Central Prison-II, Puzhal, Chennai-600 066 and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set the detenu at liberty.
