When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent / writ petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner did not come forward for any settlement. In view of the same, the order passed in the writ petition can be withdrawn.

2. Considering the above submissions, the order passed in the writ petition in W.P.No.4894 of 2024 on 19.02.2025 is hereby recalled. Accordingly, WMP.No.32399 of 2025 is disposed of.

3. In view of the order passed in above WMP.No.32399 of 2025, in and by which the order in W.P.No.4894 of 2024 has been recalled, no order is required to be passed in WMP.No.32401 of 2025, which has been filed to stay the operation of the order passed in W.P.No.4894 of 2025 on 19.02.2025. Hence, this WMP.No.32401 of 2025 is closed.
