PRAYER: This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 4th respondent to issue No Objection certificate to the petitioner for the period of service rendered as Block Development officer, Madathukulam Panchayat union, Tiruppur District based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2025 forthwith.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction against the fourth respondent to issue no objection certificate to the petitioner for the period of service rendered as Block Development Officer. The pensioner had given a representation on 03.02.2025.

2.It had been observed by this Court on 27.03.2025 that a status report may be filed relating to the correspondence issued by the third respondent/The Joint Director/Planning Programme Director, Office of the District Rural Development Camp, Collectors Office, Tiruppur District to the District Collector, Kallakurichi on 05.03.2025 in Na.ka.No.6381/2024/V1.

3.A status report had now been filed by the second respondent, District Collector, Tiruppur, wherein, he had stated as follows;

3. In this regard, I am to state that the petitioner's representation dated: 03.02.2025 has been verified by the 4th respondent and necessary No Objection Certificate has been issued by the 4th respondent on 27.02.2025 addressed to the 2nd respondent.

4. I submit that I have issued a consolidated No Objection Certificate vide Rc. No.6381/2024/V1, Dated: 05.03.2025 and the same has been sent to the District Collector, Kallakurichi District.

5. I submit that, based on the consolidated No Objection Certificate issued, the petitioner Tmt.K.Senthil Ganesh Mala, D/o.Late.K.M.Krishnamurthy, W/o.Nagaraj, Personnel Assistant to Collector (Development), Collectorate, Kallakurichi, has been retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.03.2025 Α.Ν, vide G.O.(D).No.150, RD&PR(E1(1)) Dept, Dated: 28.03.2025.

4.Along with the status report, a copy of G.O.(D).No.150, RD & PR (E1(1)) Dept, Dated 28.03.2025 had also been filed as a document by the respondents. This Court places it's deep appreciation to the learned Additional Government pleader, Mr.M.Nanmaran for following up the issue and ensuring that the status report had been filed along with the copy of G.O.(D).No.150, RD & PR (E1(1)) Dept, Dated 28.03.2025.
