JUDGMENT

Mr.M.K.Bhoopathy, learned counsel for the appellants, Mr.M.V.Venkataseshan, learned counsel for the respondent would state that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and they have filed a compromise memo dated 07.01.2020, signed by the parties as well as the counsel, to that effect.

2. In the light of the above, the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise memo, dated 07.01.2020 and the compromise memo shall form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
