The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.13122 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday for a period of ten days and thereafter, as and required for interrogation.
