O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) When the petitioner's daughter had gone missing from 01.03.2024, she had given a complaint to the 3rd respondent police, which was registered in C.S.R. No.102/2024. In this background the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. When the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for admission, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, produced the petitioner's daughter along with one A.Arun, S/o. G. Agoram, and submitted that both the petitioner's daughter as well as the boy had married to each other and the certificate of registration No.TMR/Cuddalore Joint II/246/2024 dated 04.03.2024 was produced before us.

3. Since the petitioner's daughter is a major and who has on her own consent and willingness married the person of her choice, her custody with her husband cannot be termed to be illegal and as such no further orders can be passed in the present Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
