This Criminal Revision has been filed to call for the records in Crl.M.P.No.1902 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.-II, Kallakurichi and set aside the same, subsequently grant interim custody of vehicle bearing registration No.TN-55-T-6990 TATA SUMO VICTA DI GX Car, to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that for the concerned vehicle the Competent Authority had passed confiscation order by the proceeding in C.No.42/ADSP/HQR/VEL.CON/KLK/2022 dated 22.12.2022.
