Respondents/Respondents/ Defendant PRAYER:- Appeal against the Judgment and Decree of the Court of the Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram, dated 14/11/2011 in Appeal Suit No.30 of 2011, confirming the Judgment and Decree of the Court of the Principal District Munsif, Chidambaram dated 28/02/2011 in Original Suit No.111 of 2002.

DECREE:- This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the Judgent and Decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Muthukumar, Counsel for Appellant, and of Mr.V.Raghupathi, Counsel for the Respondents, and this Court doth order and decree as follows:- i) That the Judgment and Decree passed by the Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram, dated 14/11/2011 made in A.S.No.30 of 2011, confirming the Judgment and Decree passed by the Principal District Munsif, Chidambaram, dated 28/02/2011 made in O.S.No.111 of 2002, be and hereby are confirmed and this Second Appeal do stands dismissed;

ii) That there be no order as to costs.
