Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to treat the Petitioners compulsory bond period as completed and to consequently release the Petitioners from the bonded service and to return all original certificates of the Petitioners that were submitted by them at the time of their admission to Post Graduate Higher Speciality Degree Course in the 5th Respondent College, within a time period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

The writ of mandamus has been filed to direct the respondents to to treat the Petitioners compulsory bond period as completed and to consequently release the Petitioners from the bonded service and to return all original certificates of the Petitioners that were submitted by them at the time of their admission to Post Graduate Higher Speciality Degree Course in the 5th Respondent College.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the grievances of the writ petitioners have already been redressed and no further adjudication is required.
