This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to permit the petitioners herein to implead themselves as party respondents/respondents 4 to 7 in the above writ petition.

Being satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title and list the writ petition after vacation.
