The writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents herein to release the Bullock carts of the petitioners, which was seized by the respondents on 21.03.2015, to the petitioners forthwith, based on their representations dated 04.04.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, suffice it to direct the petitioners to submit a copy of the representation to the first respondent within a period of one week from today along with a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks thereafter.
