This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw F.C.M.C.No.34 of 2017 on the file of the Family Judge, Chengalpattu and to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the maintenance case has already been disposed of by the trial Court. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition itself become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
