ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in this writ petition, by mistake, the petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 22.02.2025 passed by the second respondent and the appellate order dated 29.01.2026 passed by the first respondent.

2. It is submitted that abovesaid impugned orders are not connected with each other, whereas, they pertain to the same Assessee. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. He further submitted that the petitioner may be given liberty to challenge the respective orders by filing separate writ petitions.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petitions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
