O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent authority to give permission and police protection to conduct the Cultural Programme (Adal Padal Niglachi) in the event of Kollatheru Arulmigu Sree Sakthi Mariamman Temple Festival at Karuppur, Omalur Taluk, Salem District on 07.04.2022 between 06.00 p.m., and 11.00 p.m., by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by the respondent and it is also served on the petitioner.
