When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the subsequent development viz., the letter sent by the petitioner dated 23.12.2015 to the 2nd respondent stating that he is ready and willing to handover the accounts and the relevant documents, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed.
