This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.1298 of 2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint filed in C.C.No.1298 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 448, 341, 323 & 506(ii) of IPC r/w. Section 4 of TNPHW Act and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the Calendar Case of the year is 2015, this Court deems it fit to direct the learned Chief Metropolitan https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.1298 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
