The present Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.37 of 2025 and to file a final report within a stipulated time.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case completed, the final report also filed and the same was taken cognizance of on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukoilur, in C.C.No.118 of 2025.
