This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent namely, the Sub Inspector of Police, Vadalur Police Station, Cuddalore to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.06.2016 and investigate the case by the 2nd respondent police namely the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Vadalur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on account of frequent dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party, proceedings u/s 145 Cr.P.C. has been initiated in Cr.No.237 of 2016 before the Tahsildar, Kurinjipadi.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
