ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 25.10.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No. 19257 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No. 2043 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in para 8(vi) of the order dated 25.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No. 19257 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No. 2043 of 2025 is modified to that effect that "the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the Criminal Revision Case". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is Modified. 06-04-2026 MPA
