This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 19 days in filing the appeal against the decree and judgment dated 10.10.2022 passed in MCOP.No.903 of 2018 on the file of Presiding Officer, Exclusive Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal at Tiruppur.

2. Though notice served on the respondents, none appears.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated for the delay of 19 days.

4. Accordingly, the delay of 19 days in filing the appeal is condoned and this miscellaneous petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
