ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 01.08.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.14397 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to restore the petitioner's scale of pay and disburse all terminal and pensionary benefits to the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court dated 01.08.2024, the respondents filed a writ appeal in W.A.No.1163 of 2025 and the same was also dismissed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court by the judgment dated 15.04.2025. However, to comply the order passed by this Court, the Hon'ble Division Bench has extended the time for further period of eight weeks.

In view of the above submission, the respondents are directed to comply the order passed by this Court dated 01.08.2024, within a period as stipulated by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. If the respondents failed to comply the order passed by this Court, the contempt petition shall

revive automatically.
