PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.,to modify the conditions imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode in Crl.M.P.No.325 of 2019 and 329 of 2019 dated 25.02.2019.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode in Crl.M.P.Nos.325 of 2019 and 329 of 2019, dated 25.02.2019, while granting bail to the petitioners. 2.The petitioners were arrested by the respondent police for an offence under Sections 420, 506(ii) of IPC, on 12.02.2019. The petitioners have filed a petition seeking for bail before the Court below and were released on bail on the following conditions.
" The petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.325 of 2019 and the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.329 of 2019 shall be enlarged on bail on their executing a bond for sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No. I, Erode with the condition that they should appear and sign before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders." https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were directed to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. The petitioners are complied with the conditions regularly. The learned counsel would further submit that this Court may consider to modify the conditions.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) also submitted that the petitioners are complied with the conditions imposed by the Court below regularly.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to appear before the HUTCO Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
6. This Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
