This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 08.12.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.19221 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24199 of 2023 to report before the respondent police monthly twice on any working day at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter as directed by the concerned Trial Court.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioners shall appear during the Court hearing dates.
