This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 08.03.2023 made in CMA.No.1916 of 2000 and restore the CMA.No.916 of 2000 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard Mr. P.Muthukumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition having been perused is accepted. Hence, this petition is ordered. As a sequel, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in CMA.No.1916 of 2000 is restored.
