ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 08.08.2023 to rectify wrong entries made in computerised online patta and TSLR register, as against the petitioner's property. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the first respondent, till date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2023 will be disposed of by the first respondent within a period of 8 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2023 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
