ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 22704 of 2024 dated 16.08.2024.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that final orders have already been passed and the order imposing punishment has already been served on the petitioner.

3. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, this Court does not find any contumacious conduct on the part of the respondent. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the final order, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
