in both the CRPs COMMON ORDER Challenging the judgments and decrees passed in R.C.ANos.569 and 570 of 2013 on the file of VII Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai, confirming the orders passed in RCOP Nos.837 and 838 of 2009 on the file of XV Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai, the tenant has filed the above Civil Revision Petitions. 2.

The Rent Control Original Petitions were filed by the respondents/landlords for fixation of fair rent. Challenging the fair rent, fixed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority, the tenant has filed the above Civil Revision Petitions.

Heard Mr.S. Vasudevan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K. Ramu, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the parties had settled the matter out of court and also filed a Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 23.09.2016. The learned counsel on either side

submitted that the Civil Revision Petitions may be disposed of in terms of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 23.09.2016. 5.

Mr.Thiagarajan, Assistant General Manager of the petitioner Bank and the respondents are present in the Court and they have also acknowledged the due execution of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 23.09.2016.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, both the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of in terms of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 23.09.2016.
