ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent produced the relevant material to substantiate that the petitioner's account has now been removed from the caption " Non-performing asset" (NPA).

In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are other issues which are now pending before the Ombudsman which must be permitted to be prosecuted by the petitioner. It goes without saying that if there are other issues which are being agitated before the Ombudsman, the same can always be prosecuted before the concerned authority.
