The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 05.07.2021 in W.P.No.13854 of 2021, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the respondents have taken action and removed the road laid down by the Panchayat using JCB machines on 13.07.2023 in the land belonging to the contempt petitioner and also produced the proceedings of the Executive Officer, Special Town Panchayat, Sriperumbathur in Na.Ka.No.349/2021/A2 dated 13.07.2023 in compliance of the order passed by this Court, which is taken on file and recorded.
