The applicant is the nominee of Mr.M.Nazir, who was the successful bidder in respect of the Maxworth Poolam Project. Subsequently, it was discovered that the land in S.No.218/1A of an extent of 5.39 acres stands in the name of PACL Limited. In those circumstances, the applicant seeks refund of a sum of Rs.17,98,901/-, which represents consideration paid for the land in S.No.218/1A.
2. Learned Administrator has filed a counter on behalf of the Official Liquidator. In such counter, the proportionate sale consideration has been computed at Rs.17,14,311/-. On instructions, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready and willing to receive the sum of Rs.17,14,311/- as full and final payment.

3. In these facts and circumstances, Comp.A.No.102 of 204 is disposed of by directing the Official Liquidator to refund the sum of Rs.17,14,311/- to the applicant within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
