ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 19.10.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.12526 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to ensure that the

road shown as per the layout can be utilized for all general public, including the petitioner.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as direction by this Court, the road shown as per the layout is very much available for all general public including the petitioner. He also produced a copy of the layout approval issued by the respondent before this Court.
