ORDER

The cause of action for the contempt is the violation of the interim order granted by this Court in W.M.P.No.43031 of 2024 in W.P. No.39740 of 2024 dated 27.12.2024.

2. After the interim order has been granted, the first respondent herein had passed an order appointing an Archagar to the institution. When the matter came up for admission, Mr. K. Karthikeyan, took notice for R2 and said that he will obtain instructions.

3. Today, when the matter was called, Mr. K. Karthikeyan produced a proceedings of the Assistant Commissioner, Coimbatore. The same is extracted hereunder:

4. Perusal of the document shows that the first respondent has cancelled the proceedings dated 02.01.2025. Giving the benefit of doubt to the first respondent that he has passed the order without the knowledge of the order passed by this Court and as steps have been taken to rectify the situation, contempt petition has been closed. 22.09.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes / No ab 3/4
