2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 19.12.2025, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, Cuddalore District.

3. Accordingly, the time for the disposal of the case in Spl.CC.No.3 of 2012, pending on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, Cuddalore District, is hereby extended by six months from today. 24-02-2026 rap Note to office:- The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, Cuddalore District may be apprised of the extension of time forthwith.
