Today, Ms.A.Alamelu, Inspector of Police, Redhills Traffic Investigation Wing, Redhills, is present before this Court and filed an affidavit. 1/3

2. Relevant portion from the said affidavit is extracted herein : "8. It is submitted that as per the above order, after completion of elaborate and detailed investigation, I have filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur vide e-filing No.LTN20230002678C202500350 on 25.04.2025 and the same was taken on file vide STC.No.746/2025. The accused Nagaraj accepting his guilty, hence, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur had sentenced him to pay fine of Rs.7,000/-. On 20.05.2025, the accused Nagaraj has paid amount of Rs.7,000/- to the above said Court on the same day."
