Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.11.2014 in CSR No.630 of 2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

dispute is purely civil in nature. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
