This petition has been filed by the petitioners to bring on record the legal representatives of P.Saraswathi, original second respondent in the suit, who died on 11.12.2021, leaving behind her daughters and sons as legal heirs. 2.

Heard Mrs.Vasudha Thiagarajan, learned counsel for the petitioners, who submitted that earlier, the petitioners filed C.M.P.No.2739 of 2023 to accept the cause title with the name of K.Kumar representing the estate of P.Saraswathi and the same was ordered subject to the impleadment of all the parties concerned. Therefore, the present petition has been filed to bring on record all the legal heirs of P.Saraswathi viz. K.Shanthi, K.Gopinath, K.Uma, K.Suresh and K.Nithyakalyani, as party respondents in the above appeal. 3.
