Nil and the seat distribution published in its website on 01.05.2017 dated Nil, Ref.Nil and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct re-counselling of the Post Graduate Dental Courses of all the available seats in the 3rd respondent institution, without applying the rule of Branch-wise reservation, on merit and in accordance with law.
