JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the appellant died in the year 2019 and till date no steps have been taken to implead the legal representatives. When the matter came up for hearing on 31.08.2021, this Court directed the learned counsel for the appellant to take steps to bring the legal representatives of the deceased appellant. Till date no steps have been taken.

2. Hence the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
