ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.06.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is stated in the complaint that the counter petitioner has also given a complaint as against the petitioner. Under such circumstances, the respondent police are directed to enquire into both the complaints and take action in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
