This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned notice issued by the second respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent has issued notice dated 18.03.2020 wherein, the petitioner was informed that the cross subsidy surcharge for the period from April 2012 to February 2014 is being kept in abeyance till the outcome of the appeal that is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP No. 15662 of 2015. A copy of the letter was also placed before this Court.

3. In view of the above development, the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded and this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
