ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m for a period of three months and he is directed to surrender passport before the trial Court. To comply this order, the L.O.C is ordered to be suspended in Crl.OP.No.27807

of 2024 dated 12.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a patient of chronic renal failure.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusal of the medical report submitted by Pon Malligai Hospital Pvt. Limited dated 12.01.2026, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed earlier requires modification. Taking into consideration the said medical report, the condition directing the petitioner to sign before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m for a period of three months is relaxed. All other conditions shall stand confirmed. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is partly modified. 23-03-2026 DRL To
