ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent for registered the petitioner's complaint dated 10.11.2014 in CSR 266 of 2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3.On reading of the complaint, it is alleged that the petitioner's daughter was betrothed to one K.Sathya Narayanan some time ago in the year 2013 and thereafter, the marriage did not go through. Now, the petitioner has made allegations that the marriage did not go through because of dowry demand. The complaint is belated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and hence, no positive direction can be issued. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
