Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring the re-auction conducted by

the 3rd respondent on 27.02.2019 based on the 3rd respondent notification in Na.Ka.No. 381/ 2019/ A2 dated 20.02.2019 as null and void and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to issue the licence to the petitioner as per the auction conducted on 20.02.2019 to collect toll/tax at the weekly market (Weekly Santhai) gathering every Sunday at Pappampadi Panchayath for the year 2019-2020 from 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2020.
