ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petitioner is to direct the first respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2016 against the second respondent for getting employment by mis-representation.
2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the respondents without even scrutinizing the documents and ascertaining the facts appointed, the second respondent on compassionate grounds in violation of the rules in force. The second respondent is unqualified person seeking for appointment https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
on compassionate grounds. In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted an representation to the second respondent on 26.02.2016 and the said representation is yet to be considered.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent also states that the authorities will look into the records and initiate appropriate action. Accordingly, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 26.02.2016 and pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
