This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an F.I.R., on the complaint dated 06.04.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaints dated 06.04.2015, it is seen that these petitioners have invested money way back in the year 2009 in an online trading company and seems to have lost her money. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued to Police to register an F.I.R., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out their remedies in a manner known to law.
